Tulsa, Oklahoma (March 15, 2022) The Brookside community is excited to announce the return of BooHaHa, the community’s annual Halloween event. The family-friendly gathering is set to take place on October 22, 9 am-12pm. Due to previous Covid-19 safety concerns, BooHaHa has been postponed for the past two years. Now, the businesses of Brookside are ecstatic to host BooHaHa 2022. The event includes a return of the BooHaHa parade, giveaways, costume contests, candy, bounce houses and other events open to all ages. The community invites everyone from Tulsa and the surrounding areas to come enjoy the festivities.

The Brookside Business Association and TulsaGo have teamed up this year to bring back the BooHaHa Parade and are seeking event sponsors. The community is encouraging all of Tulsa to participate by sponsoring the event, donating candy, creating a parade entry for a company or business, or by bringing family and friends to the event to celebrate.

BooHaHa will recommence this year with Kid’s Zones, dedicated to providing a safe and fun daytime trick-or-treating event for children. Kid’s Zones will include activities, games, bounce houses, snacks, costume contests, and hundreds of pounds of free candy.

The community also encourages other Brookside businesses to participate so children and families can trick-or-treat up and down Peoria Avenue.
