Tulsa, Oklahoma (November 10, 2020) - Tulsa’s Brazilian food truck will set up shop at a permanent location on Route 66 in late November 2020. Having an initial setup at Dead Armadillo, Doctor Kustom offers locals a taste of Brazil through a unique, curated menu.

Among the many offerings is a signature Picanha Sandwich which features grilled Picanha, Doctor Kustom sauce, Havarti cheese, parmesan cheese, fried polenta, and baby lettuce – all served on ciabatta bread. Also on the menu is Brazilian Pastel Classic, a thin, crispy crust delicacy shaped as a rectangle that holds various fillings. Traditionally, this includes ground beef with boiled eggs or shredded chicken with Brazilian homemade creamy cheese. Doctor Kustom also offers a Brazilian Acai Bowl, Coxinha, Brigadeiro, and Guarana Antarctica.
